Ordering

Do you sell wholesale?
Yes, please contact Sprout and request a wholesale information packet. Note that wholesale orders are available only to authorized retailers.

How do I purchase a piece?
Sprout is proud to sell through Etsy.com, a wonderful source for anything and everything handmade. To buy using Etsy, you must first register with the site, which is free and easy to do. Etsy accepts payments through Paypal, although you do not need a Paypal account to send a payment, just a major credit card. Sprout pieces are also available in several boutiques in the Northeast.

Do you have a mailing list?
Yes. E-Newsletters are sent out quarterly to subscribers, and always include a coupon for a discount on your next Sprout purchase. You can request to be added to the mailing list here. Sprout promises that your email will not be sold, distributed or misused in any way! For weekly updates from the Sprout studio, visit our studio blog.

Products

What sort of materials do you use?
Sprout pieces are constructed using primarily sterling silver, as well as brass and copper. Some silver is darkened with a patina for a more industrial effect. Patina will not come off on skin, although it may lighten slightly over time. Stained glass, natural elements, vintage beads, found objects, and gemstones are also incorporated into some pieces as well. Sprout does not currently carry inventory in gold or platinum.

Do you make everything?
Yes, everything is handmade in the Sprout studio.

Can you make me a custom piece?
Custom orders are available based on the season and the type of piece requested. Custom orders can take up to one month to create, please plan accordingly.

Can you make a custom piece for a special occasion, event, or group?
Sprout makes custom jewelry perfect for wedding parties, baby showers, and other special occasions. A Sprout piece makes a perfect gift for bridesmaids! Sprout also makes custom pieces for nonprofit organizations. These pieces are an excellent fund raiser. For more information about Sprout Jewelry fund raisers, contact us.

Shipping

How long will it take for my order to arrive?  
Orders are shipped within seven business days of receipt of payment (Note: E-checks take a few days to clear). Rush orders can usually be accommodated; but please contact us to request a rush order before purchasing.

Do you ship to...?
Sprout Jewelry offers worldwide shipping. All orders sent outside the United States will be shipped using the US Postal Service, via airmail. Items shipped within the United States are sent via USPS first class mail. Expedited USPS Priority shipping is available upon request.

Returns

What is your return policy?
All items are made to order, so returns are generally not accepted, unless:
- Item is not as described
- Item is defective
- ...other extenuating circumstances, on a case by case basis
